Newsletter Chef’s Jacket Draw
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and legal residents of the UK (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man). The draw is not open to employees (or their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. This free prize draw is only open to bona fide caterers.
The winner will receive one Personalised Chef’s Jacket. There will be 4 winners in total from November 2011 to April 2012.
Only one entry will be accepted per person.
To enter, email chef.jacket@genmills.com detailing ‘Newsletter chef jacket’ in the subject bar and include in the email your full name, date of birth, telephone number , business name and business address. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Each draw will be conducted within two weeks of the closing date by an independent party. All eligible entries will be entered and the winner will be the first entry drawn at random.
The prize is non-transferable and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event that the prize is unavailable for any reason. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
The closing date for entries into each draw will be stipulated on the newsletter, where the details of the draw are given. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost or delayed entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners’ names and business name will be published on the Jus-Rol Professional website: www.jusrolprofessional.co.uk. The winners will be notified by email and/ or telephone call and will be required to confirm their chef jacket size and delivery address.
The winners will be required to send a photograph of themselves in their personalised chef’s jacket, which will then be uploaded to the Jus-Rol Professional website.
The winners will be required to co-operate in reasonable publicity following the draw and announcement of this result.
These terms and conditions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By taking part in this free draw entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Free Recipe Cards - Terms and Conditions
Free recipe cards can be requested by contacting General Mills via the details on the Contact Page. By requesting the recipe cards you agree to being contacted by General Mills regarding information on delicious recipes and easy pastry techniques, along with information on other General Mills products, you agree to your details being held by General Mills - these will be held exclusively in line with the DATA PROTECTION ACT and not released to any third parties. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse multiple requests from the same entrant’s email address. Only open to bona fide caterers resident on the UK mainland and aged 18 or over. The free recipe card request is not available to employees and their families of General Mills, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Promoter takes no responsibility for any incomplete, delayed or incorrect entries. Limited stock available, issued on a first come first served basis to eligible entrants.
