Per Pie:
- 2 Jus-Rol Puff Pastry 6" Rounds, thawed
- 75g Chilli Beef Mince
- Beaten egg to glaze
- Few leaves coriander or flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
Chilli Mince No Dish Pies

Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7
Lay one puff pastry round on the work surface and spread the cold filling in the centre leaving a good 2cm border all round. Scatter the meat with chopped herbs.
Radiating out from the centre of the second pastry round make 5 crescent shaped cuts. Brush the borders of the base piece with egg glaze and top with the second pastry round. Press edges together firmly to seal, knock up edges and flute if desired. Brush top with egg glaze and bake for 15-18 minutes until pastry is risen and golden brown. Serve hot, scattered with chopped coriander.
