As temperatures continue to rise, the pastry people say caterers need to review their menus or risk missing out as consumers make better eating a focus for the summer.  

John McKears, Foodservice Sales Manager from Jus-Rol Professional, says: “The trend for authentic, fresh and nutritious food is here to stay, summer is a key season when better eating is a top priority for customers, and lighter menus are the order of the day, caterers need to ensure that they are catering for this key market.”
