Jus-Rol is expanding its hugely popular frozen pastry shapes range with a new Shortcrust oval.
The new convenient oval shape format is ideal for topping individual pies and is versatile enough to be used as an individual pie base as well if desired. Made, using one of Jus-Rol’s original recipes, the shortcrust recipe has been perfected over 50 years for easy handling and a melt in the mouth quality.

For great pastry short cuts, Jus-Rol's range of pastry shapes provide a failsafe for busy chefs who need a convenient and easy homemade result. Jus-Rol's new shortcrust ovals are available in 14 cm x 11cm (sized to fit a Mason Cash No.1 oval dish or similar) or can be rolled out further to fit a Mason Cash No. 2 oval dish (16 x 11cm) and can be cooked from frozen if required.
